How tall is the garage?

Based upon City Council responses to citizen input, the garage was revised to provide a single-story, above grade solution. One level will be located below grade, one level on grade and one level located above grade.

How big is the footprint of the garage?

The garage will be approximately 285' long (in the east-west direction) and 135' wide (in the north-south direction). The final layout will be firmed up in the next two months.

How many new parking spaces will the garage provide?

Approximately 260 parking spaces.

When will construction start on the garage?

Initial construction activity is anticipated to commence in the Spring/Summer of 2023.

What is the estimated completion date?

Construction is scheduled to be completed in Spring/Summer 2024.

Yes. The garage will integrate with Sedona's overall transit planning.

Is this going to look like a garage?
